In partnership with the RISE center at UCLA, we welcome students to learn about fundamental stress management skills as we transition back from being remote and going through a pandemic. Self-care, healthy habits and resources will be shared. RSVP to receive a wellness kit! Zoom link will be provided through your RSVP. This workshop is for Undergrads, Grads and Post-Docs!
