Each quarter, UCLA undergraduates majoring in one of the Life Science fields are invited to apply for this financial award to fund 10-12 hours per week of research (or other activity that furthers their academic and career goals) during an academic quarter. To date, more than $85,000 has been distributed to students in various STEM fields through the Dean’s Awards for Life Science Research.  Currently, the award is for $1,920 per quarter.
